Robert Boles of Cahir's Family Tree

As was originally suggested by Neil Sharkey, Robert Boles' father was likely John Boles born 1786, who seems to have lived at Ballydrehid just on the NW edge of Cahir, who died Dec. 22, 1856 and was buried in Clonmel. ref. See John Bowles of Ballydrehid on the Boles of Cahir page. From the same source it's also likely that his mother's name was Judith. This is substantiated not only by the use of the uncommon name Judith in this family but also by examining his children's names with the Irish birth-order naming custom in mind. ref.
