Joseph Bowles made first entry on Conc. 6 Lot 5 on Jan. 1, 1850 in Bosanquet twp.
 
Michael Bowles made first entry on Conc. 6 Lot 6 on Jan. 1, 1850 in Bosanquet twp.
 

But I haven't found any further records.  Probably this is the same Michael and Joseph Bowles (father and son) who were in Reach twp., Ontario co. by 1851 and homesteaded there in 1853.
