See some references to the Griffith Valuation in Griffith Valuations in County Carlow on the Carlow IGP site.  Thanks to Michael Brennan.

The following list only includes occupants with leases (the lessee) and their primary landholder (the lessor).  Other Feltis/Feltus in the area were tenants who did not hold a lease on their land.  The acreage owned (leased) is given in Acres, Roods and Perches (where 1 square rod (the length of a standard stave) = 1 perch; 40 perches = 1 rood; 4 roods = 1 acre).  The amount they were assessed for their annual fees (their valuation) is given in Pounds Sterling, Shillings and Pence.
